I’ve taken on extra responsibility on the farm – mostly in the shop. This has seen me chopping joints and rolling them, to be tied off in a butchers knot.
If you’d asked me six months ago how to do it, I’d have just shrugged my shoulders. But not now! Following the viewing of a couple of YouTube videos, I can tell you about the two types of knot needed and the insurance knot to keep it tight. Thank you, YouTube.
